Hello BP Agents & Buyers!

I will be listing a fully renovated - 1,600 SF (4BD / 2BR) - home in the Edmonds bowl in September, details below. The house was fully renovated in 2021 including, but not limited too:

- New Roof

- New paint, flooring & finishes throughout

- New HVAC, plumbing 

- Updated bathrooms and kitchen

- Peak-a-boo views of the sound, walking distance to the beach, downtown Edmonds, Yost Park, PCC etc.

Hi All,

 I was a long term BP user years ago and just made my way back (hence new profile). I have an active STR for sale in Edmonds, WA (for those who know the area it is located in the Edmonds Bowl). The home will be listed on the MLS in September. We're active on Airbnb, VRBO and a direct booking website:

For occupancy we are:

100% occupied June - August

65% occupied September - October

75-80% occupied November - January

75% occupied February - May
