Thanks for the advice, it is very much appreciated, however, my dad has already agreed that if I can navigate my way through the rest, he will sign with me. My state allows this also.

Hi there! I am a twelve year old girl and I'm looking to purchase my first rental property. I'm currently thinking a fixer-upper duplex.  My family and I are traveling the states in our RV and spend a few months in Wisconsin each year so I should have time to renovate the building but otherwise I will have to manage the property online. I know a lot about house hacking and think it would be a good option for me when I'm older, but for right now I'm living with my parents so it wouldn't really make any sense. I've read rich dad poor dad a couple times and am always looking to learn more. I'd love to hear any book recommendations you have for me.

Appreciatively, Taylor Jehn
