My boyfriend and I are looking to invest in the area due to I-70, Denver coliseum and National western complex projects.

I’m curious people’s thoughts/predictions on commercial development. There’s quite a lot of industrial buildings and wondering if any of this has high potential to change come the next 2-3yrs? I’m banking on it, but looking for some reassurance ;)

We already know of the Wonderbound facility being built, which leads me to believe more will come?
