@Heshel Mangel Thank you for the welcome! I've moved to Cincinnati from Bloomington IL, where we were seeing a strong buyer's market due to State Farm relocating many of its employees. During the weekends I spend my time driving throughout varies neighborhoods in the city, which has helped me understand the different investment opportunities that these neighborhoods have to offer. Thanks for your willingness to let me reach out. I hope to connect with you soon.

@Slocomb Reed Hi Slocomb, thanks for the reply! As of now I’ve just been driving for dollars and trying to familiarize my self with properties that have the potential to be wholesaled. As for networking, I haven’t done much yet. I plan on attending my first REIAGC meeting next week, and I’m hoping to use this time to network with potential buyers and connect with potential mentors.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Tayo Adanri, and I've recently moved to Cincinnati for work after graduation college with a degree in finance. My father is a real estate appraiser and owns rental properties in my hometown, so I've always had a desire to get into real estate once I started working. I've been doing extensive research and listening to a lot of podcasts/youtube videos on Wholesaling, and after years of following BiggerPockets, and months of complacency and hesitation, I'm ready to begin my path to financial freedom through real estate.
As ambitious as it may sound, my short term goal is to Wholesale 50 properties by the end of 2020. This might sound outrageous for someone who's never done any kind of wholesale deal, but I believe when you follow an ambitious goal with massive action, you can accomplish almost anything. Eventually I want to get into Real Estate Investing full time. My long term plan is to own numerous SFH's and MFH's that I can rent and make passive income from.
Looking forward to becoming an active member in this online community!
Best,
Tayo
