It is possible to build another one or two homes.   I would like to farm it and add some glamoing sites. I think in a year I will be close to cash flowing on it.

Are there any? Everyone seems to say no with acreage?

Cashflowing 4 plex for sale

rents -750, 650, 550 an 500

Was their a podcast about them?  They are not a bank, but do cash out re fi 's for a piece of the equity in your home.  Has anyone around BP tried this or familar with their model?

Thanks

Thanks Brooks. I appreciate the reply.
In my past experiences, they did little work for a nice commission. What values do you look for a RE agent to provide you? I've worked with agent recently and let them know I'm looking to purchase, they know my situation, know what I'm looking for, but they have sent zero properties my way whereas Im looking everyday. I just think its time to look for a new one.

That does look pretty good.  I would ask your agent about rental policies.  With my company, if an investor has his primary residence policy with us, we will package up to 10  1/2unit rentals on one policy with special pricing.

We're in Kansas.  Checking

We just took over property on 4/1.  Prior lease has lead paint clause that states

"lessor has no knowledge of lead based paint or lead based paint hazards in housing."

"lessor has no reports or records pertaining to lead based paint and/or lead based paint hazards in the housing"
