@Ken Dillard thank you for the insight! I have been listening to every podcast in order, currently on 14. I believe rentals will be a great place for me to start before I seek out commercial endeavors. I want to begin my first deal within a year and be able to retire before 35.

Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Tyler Bedashi and I'm from Orlando, FL and I currently live in Atlanta, GA. I went to FSU and I am a musician. Want to know what I play?
