I know Robert Woodruff, very well. I've met his wife and children too and have had dinner with them a few times! Robert is one of my personal mentors! I joined the Charleston REIA in October of 2015 and he was the first person in that organization to reach out to me and ask me about my concerns with REI. Robert is one of the most caring, supportive, and intelligent people that I have ever met in the REI community. I have had numerous conversations with Robert over the phone and in person on topics including marketing, women in my life, REIA goals, personal goals, health issues, networking, management, and even how to hypnotize a chicken. Robert's Keys to Cash Flow helped me tremendously when I needed an effective action plan to pay off my 80K+ in college debts, and I did it in record time! I owe ALL of my real estate investing success to my own personal development under Robert's guidance and mentorship.

As far as the Charleston REIA being some sort of front... Nothing could be further from the truth. I am now a proud Organizer of Events and Leader in this organization and speaking candidly as a Citadel Alum, this is the most ethical and morally honest REIA that I have ever worked with. To date, the North American REIA and all of her chapters are the only REIAs that I know of that have and operate from a standardized Policy and Procedure Manual guiding all of our decision-making, business, and private relationships as leaders. If you're still not convinced, I urge you to come to Charleston and see what we bring to the table for yourself!

I am Tyler Dillinger, I have been interested in REI for quite a while (roughly 5 years). I am looking to expand my knowledge from textbooks and other publicly accessible information to the "real world" and put what I know into practice. I am working with my classmate Tony Ellis to build our financial literacy. I am looking to connect with wholesalers, flippers, contractors, agents, and anyone willing to mentor me to financial freedom. I look forward to meeting and talking with many of you in the near future!

Here's to our growth and success,

T.O. Dillinger
