A company (broker) isn't going to waste  their time speaking to someone that isn't licensed. Think of it as trying to get hired as a taxi/uber/lyft driver without a drivers license.

In January I will begin my pre-licensing course and will finish at the beginning of February. My goal is to get into luxury real estate and to invest, but I am having a hard time finding brokers who are willing to speak with me. I don't have any prior selling experience, and I'm sure that is hurting my chances. How do I get my foot in the door somewhere or at least get a response?
