@Kerry Baird that’s brilliant! Any idea if capital gains applies assuming the homeowner lived in the house for 2 years, I know it’s your gain and not theirs but you did make money from someone’s long term primary residence.

Who has experience with the “subject to” option?

I’m curious as to what types of loans and/or what banks/institutions DO NOT allow “subject to” take over options? Thanks guys!

I had interest only hard money every month of the year last year, am I able to write it off as regular mortgage interest?
