When was your last flip in Georgia and in what area? What do you predict the Georgia market will be like over the next 12 months? Cities like Marietta, Decatur, and Columbus are all growing areas. Decatur surprises me how fast it is growing! I'd love to hear your thoughts if you're a local Georgia investor!
