Hello everyone,

These questions are for anyone who has used a title company in St Louis: what is your favorite title company? Please briefly describe why. Is that title company friendly to wholesalers?

Hello everyone, 
My name is Alexis and I'm located in St. Louis, MO. I'm new to real estate investing, and I plan to get started by wholesaling. I'm scouring BP for articles on wholesaling in the hopes of reducing the number of mistakes I'll make with investors and sellers.

I'm an Air Force veteran and I do art in my spare time. I'm really excited to be here, and I look forward to learning. Integrity, creativity, clear communication, hard work, and follow-through are very important values to me. Advice and resources are welcome.
