That is pretty much the point we are at now. @Adekunle Ilori appreciate the idea. How does a seller financed down payment work out?

Hey A-Team! Hoping you guys can help me out. I have been spending a lot of time trying to find deals and have finally found wet myself and my partner is a couple good ones. However we don’t have an idea of how we can finance them. We don’t have the 20% to put down that traditional banks ask for. We have considered going through personal lines but these will be rental properties long term so we wanted them in the business name. Any creative ideas on how to make it work?

My Bigger Pockets Fam. You guys have been great and I need some help:

We have 3 members as part of our LLC and one of which purchased a property we are currently renovating then intend on BBRRRRing. Besides paying transfer tax, are there any implications to transferring the title from his name to the LLC in order to add it as an asset under the LLC and have something for banks to look at when they underwrite us?

@Luke G. your the man. The long term for us is to be where you are, but we are going with flipping up front because its worked so far, and we are trying to get credibility for our business as well as grow our bank account. Man, this insight is more valuable than you know. Both you and @Bob Woelfel. Thank you both!

@Luke Grosskreutz cant tell you how much I appreciate this advice. Did you ask explicitly for a mortgage or LOC?

@Jaysen Medhurst thank you so much for the response. Can you break down for me how I would run them through the LLC if we are financing them through us personally? This is a great help man!
