Hi Arthur...finding a property management company that does more than just collect rent is important.  There are so many factors that goes into choosing a PMC.  

Factors like, do they have the resources, manpower, and processes in place to effectively manage your property?  If not, it will be a struggle to cash flow and maximize profits. You also have to consider - does the communication, underwriting and maintenance process that they have in place work?  

I know it is a big decision.  If you need local recommendations - I will be happy to assist.
