I agree not much return on your cash either.  29000 cash return on 800k and that's the best case scenario. I learned a long time ago just because you can doesn't mean you should.  Once again just a view from a mile high.

I have heard nothing more just researched website.  They say they have done billions in funding when I looked up address non discript home.  Not saying anything, was just hoping someone had actually worked with them.  The offers they made definitely seem fair.  Just want to make sure they are legitimate.

I received Allen Financial Services information through facebook, they are out of San Antonio Texas.  I have not been able to find much about them outside of their website. I am weary to give anyone financial information without know if they are real.
