Hey everyone, my name is Terrell Istre. I'm 24 years old and I'm excited to share that I've just secured my first mobile home park under contract – a 52-site park with a projected 27% IRR. I'm purchasing through a syndication for $925,000.

I'm new to raising capital and looking for ways to connect with investors or capital partners to bring funds into this syndication. I'm from a town of 80k people, but the market for this asset class is strong.

If you have connections to investors, capital partners, or real estate agents who work with syndications, I’d love to connect and discuss opportunities. Open to any advice, insights, or introductions to help get this deal across the finish line!
