Good news. A good buddy says he will JV the deal for paper only. Meaning he will get the mortgage and I will pay for everything. I see this as a huge help, as I am getting divorced, selling my house, and will get at least 50k out of it to use. What kind of JV deal should we work out?

Found a house in pre-foreclosure. Wife just says she wants a divorce. What is my strategy to buy this house with only 10k liquid?

I just laid off my job a week ago. I've been in and out of REI in the past, and now ready to pursue my passion.

Step 1, find abandoned house. step 2, find owner, somwhat's next? I'm looking to get into wholesaling, with the end game being fix and flips, BRRRR, and eventually buy and holds.

Looking for a reliable method for ARV, building a buyers list and the next step once I discover an owner to an abandoned property.

I’m seeking advice of people that have been down this road. Thanks in advance.

@Dillon Dull I would get a service tech over there as soon as you can. You don’t want to give them firepower to not pay.

You need to address it and have them work towards catching up. Maybe an extra $50/month to show good faith.
