Hi everyone,
My mom, who owns a house in Colorado Springs, has decided to move to us here in Louisiana. I have finally convinced her to rent her house own because it is a great cash flowing property and the value has already skyrocketed since she bought it in 2019. Since we will live so far away though I am looking for property management recommendations in the area. There are so many and I have no recommendations to go off of.

@Adrienne Green I appreciate you responding. I was looking more at 1-4 doors since I am very new at this. I have seen many different options but just don't know the area and market as well as I would like to and also want to build a team there if that is a market I would like to go with.

I am an extreme beginner that lives in Shreveport/Bossier, LA. I want to buy my first rental but the market here is way over-priced for decent units and rent rates lower than average. I am looking at several different markets and Chattanooga is one that I've found ok ROI's. Does anyone have any experience with this market and are there any realtors out there from this area? Trying to get a lay of the land.
