Steve, as a new guy, I appreciate your post. This is a dream for me and as I am educating myself, I am seeing that moving too quick can be a huge mistake. I am tired of the corporate jungle and have decided to pursue  this path for myself, family and community. Your comments do not discourage me but motivates me to take my time to do this right. My plan is to be among that 1 out of 100.

Thank you!

Hello, I am new to the investment world and I am trying to take action on my business. I have attended Guru seminars that strongly advised that an LLC be established before conducting business. After reading some forums in BP I am seeing mixed opinions. So the question is do I need to set up an LLC as a beginner with no assets?
