thank you everyone for the great feedback. I really like the loopnet site and being able to search on cap ex, but for some reason it was missing a few properties (not cool). I found the properties on Redfin, rent income is listed, so I will just have to calc cap ex manually.

Have been doing the SFH thing for awhile and looking to expand to Multi. I am interested in 4 - 8 plex properties in the Omaha area. Looking to stay below $400k and West of 52nd. Looking for help on how to do the best search. Need to search multi-family, and draw line west of 50th. have tried Zillow, Trulia, CBSHOMES, but none seem to work great.
