I've got a 3 bedroom 1200 square foot home in Newbern with a tenant who is about to vacate.  I might use this opportunity to

Looking for anyone with experience investing in tax deeds in Texas.  Is it best to target counties

outside of the larger urban areas of this state where you likely face less competition? Are all the best

deals at the auctions, or are some available OTC?
