As I continue to search for my first whole sale deal I started making off of Craigslists Ads. I found a guy whose mother is seller her home because it it too much to maintaint for one person and just wants something smaller. I got the address ran the comps on zillow. They want 530k for the home and based of zillow the homes in the area are only going for $490k fully renovated I'm wondering if I should still go look at the house even though they are asking for wayyyy too much oppose to the comps or just let it go.

So I have just started whole selling. I got a call from another whole seller on a deal he had and he wanted to partner with me and see if I wanted the buy the house cash from him. My first thought was that I don't have money to buy a house I am trying to do the something he is doing. So my response was I would try to help find a buyer if I could. Now the question is, Is there anyway I can make this a profit for myself if another whole seller is trying to sell a property to me but i want to sell the contract to someone else?

Hello,
I am pretty new to REI and have been following BP for a month or so now. I am currently working in DC as a Special Police Officer and reside in Woodbridge, VA. I am seeking a successful, dedicated and motivated person who can share there experience and knowledge with me. In return I am willing to work for them part-time, free of charge to simply embrace the lifestyle of a Real Estate Investor and soon be on my way to becoming financially independent and building a legacy for my family.
Thanks!

Thats very beneficial for me aswell. Would it be smarter to start looking deals first or work on a buyers list. See I was thinking about looking for homes to wholesale in specific area but then realized I could be wasting my time if it was not anywhere near my where my buyers were looking for.
