@Marco Santarelli Thank you I also think it is the best time, but always thought it is impossible to invest in the US market as foreigner. Now I see it is possible is just difficult but not impossible.
@John Fossetti Yes this site is just incredible.
@Brandon Turner Thank you I love it already.

@Mehran Kamari I haven't got it yet but I can imagine it would be nice working knowing that you are not fully dependent of your full time job. Thanks for the list
@Erik Noordam How much are you selling the "Onroerend Goed als Belegging"? I'm interested (you gave me a lot of homework) so I have to start reading.
@James Vermillion Thanks and I hope you liked Amsterdam more than Rotterdam (we are always competing which city is better) and if you are in town next year let me know I might be able to give you some tips of places to visit here in Amsterdam.
@Ali Boone Actually his book opened my eyes that real estate is the most stable passive income stream so I might have a look at his other books also. Thanks

Hi all,
My name is Thayson and I have no experience in real estate. I'm happy and eager to start learning and reading but there is so much information that I don't know where to start.
The main reason why I'm interested in investing in real estate is that I want to build a stream of passive income for my mom and myself. After working for some time I decided to move to Europe and continue my studies but sometimes feels that studying will only create debt in which I wont be able to help her in the future, therefore, I would rather start investing in real estate.
I would really appreciate it if someone can suggest me some books and/or which topics on the forum to read to get more educated. Furthermore, my plans are to buy a property in the states and rent to start with and eventually increase this depending on how it goes.
Thank you for accepting me into your community and I hope I can learn a lot from everyone and build up a great network.
