thank yo both for your replies. I have a lot to learn and I'm not in a rush to purchase. The last time I checked, Rome was not built in a day.

wow these are great suggestions. I've only considered giving my tenants pre-addressed envelopes to my PO box. I will definitely look into setting up an account at Walmart's bank too.
