Hey All,
Simply trying to help a friend and their family sell a single family residence in Palm Bay Colony in Palm Bay,FL 32905. Approx 1100SF 3/2 on 1/10 acre. Price is very negotiable as there are hoping to close quickly to free up $$ for the mother. There retail asking price is 39K
The mother of the friend/family is in need of assisted living and no longer fit to live alone in the house which is the reason for the sale.
I would be happy to answer any questions and relay any messages or questions you have to the family as well.
Hope this finds someone who is looking for a property in this area
Jim
Post: How to analyze and grade the neighborhood?

First off I am just getting started in the world of REI. I have to admit I am fascinated by it and my curiosity is coming up with more questions than I have knowledge or answers for.
I see many posts in the forums that mention the neighborhoods people are invested or looking to invest in rated on a graded scale..... this neighborhood is a "B' for example.
How does everyone analyze and what data points are commonly used to come up with and then assign this "grade"??

Hey all,
New guy from the Lake Norman region of NC looking to learn and expand into real estate investing as a hobby and passive source of income. Its not all about the $$ for us, but creating a family experience we can build and work together is a fun place for us to start
