Hey everyone!

I've been driving for dollars as of late, and I finally found a home that looks to be abandoned (overgrown landscape, mailbox completely full, broken windows, and the whole nine). After doing a bit of research on this property, I've found that the owner is or was an 89 year old female.

I did find another address that may be linked to her but I'm not entirely sure on what I should do next. Could anyone offer me a bit of guidance on this? Please and thanks! 

Just wanted to introduce myself,

my name is Jordan Abernathy, I'm a 21 year old filmmaker, musician, and now real estate investor. 

I've been doing a bunch of research, but I still feel as if I need a little bit of guidance on how to get the ball rolling on this endeavor. I've been driving for dollars lately, and have already found some abandoned homes in my area, yet I am at a lost of what step to take next. 

I want to start wholesaling before moving onto rehabbing and eventually getting some buy and hold properties into my portfolio.
