Diamond Title has always exceeded my expectations. Robert Goldman, the owner, is also a talented and extremely hard-working real estate attorney. In addition to always protecting you by doing it right (most important) and communicating in a timely manner, he is able to find creative legal solutions for investor issues.
They have offices in DC, MD and VA.

We are just starting out using our Self Directed retirement funds loaning to a group with a long, successful history. In providing a second position loan for gap funding, we are thinking of asking 16% and 4 points. We've seen higher. Would like to add another 2 points after 6 months on a 12-month loan. Is this reasonable?
