Yes there are other houses on the block with grass lawns that look healthy. I appreciate the feedback. I am now thinking of part grass and part rocks or drought resistant plants. 

We are flipping a house in a ok neighborhood. The neighborhood is making a comeback. We are considering a cute front lawn, it already has a white picket fence. But there is a drought here. Would this turn people off, or should we go with max curb appeal?
