Hi guys,

I am sure this is a question that has been asked in the past, but I could not find it.  I am looking to get started with my rental property portfolio and I'm very interested in turnkey properties at this time due to the convenience of things.  I am interested in areas that cashflow well, but also have possibility of appreciation. I have a good paying job and therefore am not looking to replace my income with rentals at this time, but eventually would like to have a big enough portfolio where that is a possibility.  In summary, I have some phone calls scheduled with different turnkey companies including some of the popular ones: spartan, maverick, rent to retirement and midsouth. So I was wondering what are some key questions you would ask the different providers in order to appropriately assess which companies offer the best packages.  Thanks in advance!
