I was wondering if anyone has used ReiPro to find leads. I'd like to know how it compares to say, Propstream or Batch lead.

@Benjamin That's good to know the costs can be included in the loan vs having a separate payment. I have not used a HML yet so this is great information. Thank you!

Is it necessary to have a lawyer when using private or hard money lenders?

Or are the contracts and terms of the deal easily understood?
