Has anyone ever used creative financing to purchase their own residence? If so, how did you do it? I'm just curious.

Hi everyone. I'm just starting out in REI. I went to a Than Merrill workshop tonight in Virginia. Has anyone every attended his 3 day insiders workshops or any other of his multiple day workshops?
