Just stumbled onto this discussion. My wife got recruited by a big company our family is moving to New York. I'm currently a licensed broker in Ohio. I'm planning to get my license in New York. I have 14 years experience with investors buying everything from single family homes to large apartment buildings. I'd like some advice on how to hold licenses in both states. My business in Ohio only needs me present about 1 week per month.

I specialize in multi family investment. In Ohio the apartment complex buyers find prices much lower than most other areas. A property manager makes your property truly an investment. This is a good way to buy.
