This investment is a short term rental. TURNKEY is a booking platform just like VRBO and AIRBNB. However, I believe TK offers a cleaning service with there platform.

Does anyone have experience with TurnKey Vacation Rentals Company. As I mentioned, it looks like I am going to invest in SC. But I am really concerned with it being managed to my standards. I have heard good things from one person which is helping me in SC. But I would love to hear more comments and possible suggestions on owning long distance properties. I am very happy that I found a good realtor here on BP.

Great points and I really appreciate your knowledge in this space (CHICAGO IL). I cash flow so well with my properties and my tenants are awesome. I am not sure yet if AIRBNB is my lane here in IL because of limited time. Do you use AIRDNA to analyze your AIRBNB or VRBO.

Tanner I live in Elgin as well. What is the ARV of the property you are looking to purchase? Does it need REHAB?
