Thank you for responding but I am asking for referrals to insurance companies that provide the coverage that I need. Anyone that has used someone or that currently has property insured by someone that I can call. I have 2 properties that I'm getting ready to close on and just found out that the insurance I had ready to use forgot to tell me about their requirements with the signed lease and not insuring during rehab.

Looking for referrals for insurance on buy and hold properties. Specifically providers that will cover from purchase date while rehab is taking place. Most won't cover without a submitted signed lease agreement.
