Post: Concord NC Multifamily Deal

Trying to run the numbers on a small multifamily in Concord, NC. Any investors or agents familiar with the Concord market and would be willing to discuss the market?

Does anyone have any experience buying pre-fab tiny home or a-frame kits for Airbnb. Mainly looking at them as an Airbnb opportunity for Western NC and TN. I've seen from companies like Avrame giving estimates in the 60-150K range but is this true? I'm aware Airbnb occupancy rates are higher on unique properties and some areas lack these experiences for guests. Any help is appreciated.

What types of criteria are Charlotte investors using for SFHs and Small MF in the Charlotte and greater Charlotte area?

Was wondering if anyone on the forum has successfully used a 203k Loan in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg County area. Was looking to obtain a 203k to rehab a duplex and wanted to hear from some locals. Currently in the Orlando market but looking to move to the Charlotte area after I graduate college in the next year or so.
