I have recently stacked $43000 in the past 15 months. I’m scared the market is going to crash soon. I have about $60000 in equity in my current home. Should I cash out and rent a home for personal residence. That would give me $100000 to play with if the market goes under with no risk if I’m in a rental property. I want everyone’s opinion!!
