Joshua, I know what you mean and I really did not expect to get an unbiased review. I really wanted to join one of the local REIAs here and seeing names of people associated with NR showing up with them makes me hold off from this plan. But I guess the same could be said about some other programs as well.

I am a newbie and I have to say NR comes with a really hefty price tag. This company makes a lot of money along the way and not only through "Tuition". What amkes me feel weird about is seeing some of their names show up as speakers for REIAs. This is one of the reasons why I have not visited one of their meetings here in Austin, TX. Although a lot of people say you could find a mentor that way. It would be nice to hear some unbiased review of NR.

Can anyone comment on DC Fawcett's Foreclosure Investing Training. I am new to REI and have not bought any courses so far. Just been reading up and get as much free information as possible. DC's course triggered something and I want to get more information about it. Any comments would be really appreciated.
