That brings up a good point. Thanks! I got the tax info from the seller but it does fluctuate year to year.
It is in Porter, Texas which is a suburb of Houston. It's not city but not small town. One thing that I do see as a big plus is the grand parkway goes right through the area which gives anyone near by access to the nicer areas in North Houston.
I came across a potential opportunity today and would like anyone's ideas about it.
I found 4 single units. One is 2 bed and the other 3 are 3 bed. Asking price is 560k. All 4 units are currently leased out and have been steadily leased for the last decade. Homes are in good condition.
Rent on each unit is in the 1150 a month range so about 55k a year income. Taxes and upkeep are about 7k a year.
From the overview it sounds and looks good but I have A feeling they want to sell for a reason. What do you think?
