I'm in a fickle.
If I were to have a wholesaler assign a property to me at $68,000, could I then double close on the property at $72,000 to an end buyer without using any of my pocket money?
asking $68,000
rehab costs - $45,000
ARV- $145,000

Hello everyone!
I'm a full time student at UTD and I've decided to try my hand at wholesaling here in Dallas. More specifically around Carrollton, Richardson, Garland, Denton. I'm up for any help or guidance anyone is willing to provide me with. I'm sitting with open ears and an eager mentality. I've only been educating myself on this industry for the past month or so but it has been one intense month. Right now I'm trying to build from the ground up, building my seller and buyers list as well as gaining any experience I can in the field seems to be where I'm steering myself.
So any words of knowledge, tips, pitfalls, people i should meet, anything is helpful!
