Yes, I guess I am. I have to learn all the investment lingo as I am kind of a newbie with rental properties. I want to be able to have all of each clients homes in their own personal folder and be able to add to that with various reports on each home as we acquire them/

Hi everyone.My name is Tom. I am new to Bigger Pockets and wanted to introduce myself. I am a realtor in the St. Louis area and I work for Remax Best Choice.

I used the cash-flow calculator to check the 6 properties we just closed on. So I have 6 individual reports. How can I put them all into one portfolio and just keep adding to them as we obtain more?
