I have recently came across a possible deal that I am considering making a offer on. It is a HUD foreclosure. I would purchase it to remodel and then resale the home. What is the process when dealing with HUD? What are some tips when dealing with HUD?

@Doug Pretorius so you are carrying the note ? 350 cash flow and don’t have to do repairs like a rental sounds pretty good.

Recently my wife and I had a discussion about wholesaling. She asked me why would anyone want to wholesale there house when they could sell it thereselves for more money. I tried to explain why they may want to wholesale there property. How would explain this process?

We currently have a home on the market. It has been listed for around 6 weeks. We have had several showings but it has tapered off without a offer. My question is when the agent first listed the property it was at the top of the list on the sites like realtor, Zillow, and trulia. Over that time it has dropped down the list. Is there something my agent or me can do to keep them on top of the list?
