Please consider investing in a new and unique venture? First to market Real Estate Transaction Services Provider.
90% + of Realtors recently surveyed would offer our “Seller’s LoanCheck” option to their listing clients when available.
A Seller’s LoanCheck is a fair request, but more importantly, the report balances the information available in a real estate transaction process. Home inspectors help buyers gain confidence in property and indirectly assist in their decision-making process. LoanCheck will make it easier for sellers to gain confidence in buyers’ financing process. LoanCheck also offers a Buyer’s LoanCheck report helping buyers and their agents. Both reports provide a “confidence to close score” by addressing the moving parts of a financing process and how these influence the timeline and certainty of closing a specific transaction.
Our name describes our services, LoanCheck provides a unique perspective and service by addressing many uncertainties surrounding the mortgage pre-approval process. We are a service provider that fills a void in the current housing market.
The most prominent service providers in the current market are:
Realtors- the transaction supervisor. Helps buyers & sellers.
Inspectors- performing general or specific home inspections. Helps buyers.
Appraisers - assessing properties for value certainty. Helps buyers.
Underwriters - part of the home mortgage lender consortia. Helps buyers.
Title and settlements companies - examine titles, issue insurances, and effectuates closing. Helps buyers.
Currently, four or more professionals above help the buyer, whereas only one provider is contracted to represent the seller solely.
LoanCheck is new to the Seller's side, however our information also helps buyers.
Adoption of this new “sub-industry” to housing should surpass the growth curve of the Home Inspection industry in the late 70s early 80s. A Seller’s LoanCheck waiver of liability for the R.E. agents is drafted. It is similar to the Buyer’s home inspection waiver- buyers sign for agents today if they choose NOT to order a home inspection.
Following beta testing, we plan to roll out the LoanCheck network nationwide. LoanCheck will provide Realtors exclusive access to LoanCheck services for listing agents who through our platform will connect to a network of thoroughly vetted, licensed and insured mortgage loan originators (MLO) who believe as we do, that transparency provides credibility which builds greater confidence in the real estate system. Specifically, we aim to reduce the number of delayed or canceled closings. Any MLO will be welcomed in, as long as they allow us to confirm their credentials.
