I'm want to get a HELOC on my home. But I'm wondering if the appraiser will reduce my value because I changed around a couple interior walls to house hack. I made an efficiency on one side of my home with a wall dividing my living space and theirs. All within code. TIA

I was watching David host on YouTube interviewing Cody the 20 year old wonder kid. I just wanted to say he’s doing an awesome job as main host. And I am a bit picky having a broadcast journalism background.
I appreciated the way he summarizes long explanations. digs into details and asks the questions I would want to ask :-). I’m enjoying and learning. Thanks David.
