That’s awesome! I’m looking into taking the course as well. I have a seasoned real estate vet as a “mentor” but I feel like I need more hand holding than “here’s a list, make some calls” - maybe I’m just using excuses because I’m scared to leap but I’m wondering if this will help with my lack of/slow action taking. Anyway, you have the right attitude so I know you will crush it!

I would like to know about those groups as well! I’m finally jumping all in to the real estate world and feel like wholesaling would be the best start with no money (going through a drawn out divorce process and a single mom to an awesome 21 month old). Thank you!
