Thank you for your 2 cents it is priceless to me.  I wasn't sure if I needed to create a separate business.  I suppose I am making it more complicated.  I keep separate accounts and I have people to help me work on the properties if it is above my knowledge base.  I pay them out of the checking account but I don't have to send them a 1099 at the end of the year do I? 

I just bought my second property, I manage everything myself. Should I create a management company? I buy cash and hope to buy a new property every year. I wanted to set up a system going forward. Any advice?
