David Faulkner I planned to obtain my RE license in the future (once I gain employment) but who knows how long that'll be in this job market. I didn't want to just wait around for a miracle I was hoping there was something I could do in the mean time.

David Faulkner hi David thanks for the advice. I thought of that but I'm currently a full time college student. I'm still trying to find a job so I can't really afford to pay for RE classes. Any advice that doesn't cost?

Cody L. Thank you so much. I'm certainly not like your employees. I would jump at the opportunity to actually learn how it's done. I watch several webinars and courses and read books but I still feel like I don't know what I'm doing and that's because im not actually "doing" anything. I hope your employees wake up and recognize the opportunity sitting in front of them.

Hi everyone,
I'm a broke struggling college student so I can't afford much but I'm determined to be a real estate investor. I've been taking online courses (free of course), and reading books but they all keep repeating a lot of the same Mumbo jumbo. Nothing I've learned has actually taught me how to step by step. I figured maybe because those are things u learn on the job. I have no experience or degree but I'm willing to volunteer to work with active investors however you may need me. I'm here to learn this business from the ground up and work my way to the top, just need some guidance. I'm interested in mostly multi family buy and holds, but also flipping and whole sale as well. Any knowledge in any area of real estate investing would be appreciated and accepted. Thank you for your time.

Hi everyone,
I'm interested in gaining on the job knowledge and experience in real estate investing or real estate period. Unfortunately, I have prior experience or degree (yet). My major isn't real estate because my school doesn't offer it. How do I land a job in real estate? I'm not here for quick money I want to learn the business from the ground up the right way. I'm a hard worker with a thirst to learn. Advice?

I honestly have no idea what I'm doing or where to get started. I'm mostly interested in multi family buy and holds but also, whole sale and flipping. No money so I'm going to have to get creative. I've been reading up and doing my homework but I have no experience in real estate unless u count countless hours watching HGTV on the couch. But nonetheless I'm determined so I'm going to keep doing my homework. I just wish I had someone to walk me through this because even after studying I feel like I have actually learned anything if that makes sense.
