Well I would first like to thank you for that information . 

My second question is going to sound a little silly, but the only way I'm going to learn is if I ask. 

Let's say hypothetically I found a home to wholesale it was In the right price and everything. Would I be putting the home in my name right then and purchasing it  or would I be finding an investor and then said investor purchases the home? That process Im confused of... 

So if I'm already networking with other investors and have an investor already who wants to purchase property we agree on a price and he writes that in the contract? Or.. How does that work?
