Hello! Thank you for reaching out.  We are just about to put our first rental up. We are using the Brrr strategy. Just about to start looking for tenants! The property is a 2 acre single family home.  We are excited to start our rental property adventure!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out.  We are just about to put our first rental up. It is about 4 hours from where we live but when we get to purchase our 2nd rental we are going to keep it close to home I think.
