I am dealing with my first end of lease. My tenant will be moving out earlier than the end of their lease. They plan to pay the entire months rent. But, I also have someone who would like to move in shortly after they leave. Do I need to give the moving out tenant a refund of some of their last payment if I move someone in early?

We are all told to review a lot of deals and make a lot of offers that usually look low ball to make the deal work. Am I going to scare away my agent if I do that?
