Ugh! That sounds so frustrating! It's just sick to know these type of people exist and take advantage of people like this. No shame. See if you can get a free consultation from a RE lawyer, tell them your predicament, & they may just give you some great ideas or actions to take, for free. Worth a shot. Good luck!
Oops, I wasn't done... Didn't mean to hit post quite yet! 😆 Anyhoo... Bad credit doesn't necessarily mean they cannot afford a mortgage, but if rates sky rocket in The next few years it can be catastrophic, as we know from the past. be careful and just know 3% doesn't apply to investment properties. It's 20% here in CA.

Sounds like borderline paranoia to me to be honest. Understand that not everything in life is for you. The things that rub you the wrong way, offend, or upset you... Choose to move on. No need to elaborate the negativity. Even if they are so called scam artists, unless you invested money and lost it to the 'criminals' or know someone who has been royally screwed over by them, not sure if there's a need to trash talk BP etc...? Especially when you are basing this all off of a hunch or personal beliefs.

Hi all. Me & my husband bought a little over a year ago, and it came with a detached guesthouse/studio. Of course we chose to rent it out and that's how we started out. We bought a condo a few mos. ago, fixed it up, & currently are screening tenants to move in. My husbands meeting with people to start a real estate team(entity/business).... I'm obviously new due to the lack of precise verbiage 😜 Anyhoo, I just wanted to reach out and say hello and any advice on starting a team, flips, & rentals is appreciated! Thanks guys -Tiffany-
