Hello,
My dad has about 50k saved up and wants to invest somewhere but is nervous about the stock market. He said he may be interested I’m becoming a silent RE partner/investor.
What would be the best way for him to learn and contact a syndicator?
I want to help him figure out what are his best options because he is very busy with work and does not have the time to analyze rental properties.

Thank you for the information. Knowing that a driver tops out at 100k, I should get a degree in accounting perhaps? If I did then I would have student debt. What do you think would make the most sense? If neither of these, what do u suggest?

I am 16 and starting to plan my Real Estate goals. I was looking into jobs to start off with to save capital, surprisingly truck driving came up.
In Texas a driver makes 150-200k a year. Do u think this would be a good career to start in for 5-10 years to grow and save capital, then begin investing in RE?
